  • I’ve been making wagon wheels! Lovely recipe from “Jamie” (Jamie Oliver’s magazine.) they always have some lovely recipes.

How to do it:
You’ll want;
20 Rich tea biscuits.
10 medium marshmallows.
100g of 65% chocolate.
(I also used a little raspberry, seedless, jam)
What to do;
1)Pair up your biscuits and place one marshmallow with each pair.
2)One at a time, take one biscuit from the pair and the marshmallow place it standing tall onto the biscuit and place in the microwave and what it become a ballon. Watch it CONSTANTLY it’s turns bad quickly.
3)Stop the microwave and place the paired biscuit (which I gave a thin coating of jam to) on top of the inflated marshmallow gentle and wait for it to settle.
4)Remove from the microwave and repeat.
5)Once the marshmallow has hardened begin to melt your chocolate however you choose (pan or microwave).
6)Once melted coat your biscuit sandwiches in the chocolate and place on grease proof paper.
7)Leave them in the fridge to harden the chocolate and then enjoy.

TIP: Next time I make these I will only use one biscuit as you seem to loose some of the gooey marshmallowy goodness.
